How do institutions define "alumni"?

The sample collection has material pulled from CASE collections and supplemented with samples graciously contributed by conference faculty and attendees. 

In late 2020, the University of Newcastle, Australia, launched its inaugural Lost Alumni Campaign, striving to reconnect with former students with whom the university had lost touch. Newcastle reached out to alumni via email, via snail mail, and on social media by decade, capitalizing on each era’s nostalgia.

The CASE Library developed this resource collection on alumni relations in community colleges in conjunction with the Engaging Community College Alumni: A Virtual Conference held on March 25–26, 2014.
